YES! As vapes have an e-liquid, water-based design, contain no tobacco and don’t have an open flame, they are 100% legal indoors.

Not a problem! Once purchased, customers will be instructed to use their vapes in the designated smoking area, just as they would a regular cigarette.

If your venue does not have a smoking area, customers can still purchase vapes to be used outside and for the next few days. Having a Nimbus machine in your venue just ensures that your customers do not have to leave the premises early to purchase from elsewhere.

As licensed premises have to abide by the Challenge 25 Policy at the entrance, our machines will fall under the same trading standards, meaning that when you’re operational as a venue, so will our machines.

If ID checks do not occur upon entry, our machines built-in age verification technology will be turned on ensuring anyone buying a vape is 18+.

As our machines aren’t very big at all, we won’t need much space to mount the machine. Just a secure wall, 15+ feet from any entrance or exit and access to a standard electrical socket.

We stock and sell Elf Bars and Lost Mary vapes in a variety of flavours. Our market research found these to be the most popular products. If there is any change in demand, we can swiftly adapt which vapes to stock.

No capital expenditure is required to install our machines. We do this completely free of charge.

Our innovative VendLive software integrated within each machine gives us real time updates on which products are selling and the stock levels. Therefore, reordering will be done by us. All we require from you is that, when informed that the machine needs refilling, a key holder on site can easily and safely replenish the machines, taking no more than 10 minutes, just like restocking the bar with drinks.

We predict that the machines will need replenishing 2-3 times a week, which means at the start of the week, you should expect 2 to 3 replenishments full of vapes. These boxes will take up very minimal space.

Contractually, we require you to hold 2 replenishments of buffer stock which will be delivered on day 1 alongside 3 replenishments of operational stock. The buffer stock is there if there were to be any surge in demand or delay in delivery.

For most quality and trusted vending machine companies, a minimum order limit of 5-10 machines is required, resulting in a significantly large capital expenditure.
